ColorFast Acrylic Pigment System integrates 16

unique pigments allowing speciﬁcation of

virtually any vibrant color with greatly

reduced chance of fading or long-term

maintenance. Over 45% superior fade

resistance than competitors, broader

color spectrum, enhanced opacity

(impenetrable to light) and increased

water and dirt resistance.

100% acrylic-based primer for exterior and interior

acrylic and elastomeric ﬁnishes and coatings to enhance

appearance and uniformity of the ﬁnish and improve

ﬁnish coverage. PrimeShield high-end primer has

exceptional resistance to alkali, mold, mildew,

efﬂorescence, and can be tinted.

Platinum Plus is a hybrid stucco with a modiﬁed

polymer that has the qualities/beneﬁts of

traditional cementitious stucco, but provides

greater ﬂexibility to reduce craze, shrink cracking

and call-backs.

Integrally colored, 100% acrylic-based textured

ﬁnishes with Dirt Pick-Up Resistance (DPR) chemistry.

Highly resistant to the accumulation of dirt, mold,

algae and pollutants.

For customized interiors and exteriors, Specialty Finishes include

plaster wall decorative and abuse-resistant ﬁnishes from old world

plasters and textured stucco to natural stone looks.

WeatherTech is LaHabra’s family of

Fiber reinforced stucco bases that are a factory controlled

high-quality blend of portland cement, lime, ﬁbers

and proprietary additives that conforms to ASTM C926.

Rigorous production controls ensure bag-to-bag and

batch-to-batch consistency.

Insul-Bond Dry or Wet basecoat and adhesive

for LaHabra EIFS, are used to laminate EPS to
