USES:

n To achieve smooth wall surfaces -

ideal over EIFS basecoats, stucco

basecoats, stucco ﬁnishes, and interior

drywall.

n Excellent for patching existing smooth

cement ﬁnishes.

COMPOSITION:

n Binder base: 100% acrylic polymer.

n Water-based: VOC– compliant.

PROPERTIES:

Suitable for interior or exterior applications.

CONTAINER:

11 lbs (5 kg) net weight in 1 gal pails.

55 lbs (25 kg) net weight in 5 gal pails.

n Storage: Protect from direct sunlight

and freezing at all times.

n Do not stack 5 gal pails more than 3

pails high.

n Shelf Life: One year if properly stored

in original unopened container.

COVERAGE: Coverage will vary depending on surface conditions and thickness of application. pproximately 40-50 ft2 per gallon at 1/16” nA SURFACE PREPARATION: n Surfaces must be clean, dry, structurally sound and free from efflorescence, grease, oil, form release agents and curing compounds. For previously painted surfaces, all loose and chalking paint must be removed, and glossy surfaces dulled. n If used, basecoats must be adequately cured before applying Sandable Basecoat.
