The detailed information can be found in the License Server Administrators Guide. Licenses HeartCode ACLS System version needs licenses for users to be able to use the product. The product shipment should contain one or two license keys depending on which setup was purchased.

Open the Laerdal License Server from the start menu. 2. Click “Add License” under the “License overview” section. 3. Type in or paste the license key (a series of random letters and numbers) and click “OK”. 4. Select “Internet” if applicable, select “Next”, and then select “Connect” to activate the license key. 5.

HeartCode® ACLS Administrators Guide Using HeartCode ACLS Parts 2 and 2 Skills Practice and Test only This setup provides access to the manikin skills practice and test portion of the program. The following steps outline usage of the HeartCode ACLS Part 2 Skills Practice and Test portion: 1) The administrator is informed about a new student, who will complete Part 2 using HeartCode ACLS skills software and the voiceassisted adult manikin.
HeartCode® ACLS Administrators Guide 6) After successfully completing Parts 2 and 3 Skills Practice and Testing with the voice-assisted manikin, the student can view and print the Parts 2 and 3 certificate. 7) The student is now entitled to an AHA ACLS Provider card. This can be issued either by an authorized AHA Training Center; or by the Laerdal Medical Training Center. Important: The user must complete the Skills Practice and Testing (Parts 2 and 3) within 60 days of passing Part 1.

After a new license is made available, the user can select to recertify the next time he/she logs in. If a user chooses to recertify, old progress will be reset and the user can take the HeartCode ACLS course again. This can be done in the configuration tool. Enabling HTTPS The HeartCode ACLS Server supports enabling https. If enabled, the login page and the personal information page will be displayed through ssl. The content will be served with no encryption to allow for caching and less overhead.

If you wish to back up these as well, you must also backup the Skills installation folder. *This can be interesting for later research. The program will turn it on. o Check cable or if you have extras, try to change the cable.
