Setting Goal
a. Sport Goal:
The Sport Goal shows the current number of steps you have set to
reach. Tap ‘Sport Goal’ to open the Sport Goal screen. The
suggested number of daily steps is shown above the option
settings. To change the goal for your daily number of steps to
reach, scroll up or down, select the new goal and then tap ‘Save’
to confirm and return to the Settings screen.
b. Sleep Goal:
The Sleep Goal shows the current hours of sleep you have set.
Tap ‘Sleep Goal’ to open the Sleep Goal screen. The suggested
