The FCC requires the OEM to be notified that any changes or modifications not expressly
approved by LabStrong may void the user’s authority to operate the equipment. While an
application of the EA00351 NFC Controller in a product is not required to obtain a new FCC authorization for the
module, this does not preclude the possibility that some other form of authorization or testing may be required for
that end product.
The Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) must ensure that FCC labeling requirements are
met. The EA00351 NFC Controller module is labeled with its own FCC ID and IC Certification
Number. The FCC ID and IC certification numbers are not visible when the module is installed inside another
device. The final end product must be labeled in a visible area with the following: “Contains FCC ID: 2ASQK-
EA00351” and “Contains IC: 24977- EA00351”. The EA00351 NFC Controller module has been certified with its
own integrated antenna and must not be used with any other antenna.
IC Notices (Canada)
This device using the integrated antenna has been tested to comply with the regulatory requirements of Innovation,
Science, and Economic Development (ISED) Canada. It has been assigned the IC ID 24977- EA00351.
This device complies with Industry Canada license-exempt RSS standard(s). Operation is
subject to the following two conditions: (1) this device may not cause interference, and (2) this
device must accept any interference, including interference that may cause undesired operation of the device.
