Possible Reasons

Error Message when running “Please contact the
distributor”， with “AD1213 failure”
The microchip can not communicate with the
AD1213. AD1213 broken or circuit board trouble.

Error Message when running “Please contact the
distributor.”， with “Heatsink temperature is
too high”
Heat sink temp. higher than 70℃，the
temperature sensor is broken, there is a short
circuit or the fan is not working.

Error Message when running “Please contact the
distributor.”， and "Heatsink sensor is
disconnected."
Heat sink temp. less than 5℃，the sensor broken,
there is a short circuit or the fan is not working.

distributor."，and "Temperature sensor No.1 is
disconnected."
Block sensor No.1 reports an open circuit
