Operation
1. Connectthesterilisertoanalternatingcurrentsupplyofvoltagespecifiedontheratingplate.

DANGER:THISSTEAMSTERILISERMUSTNOTBECONNECTEDTOADIRECTPOWERSUPPLY

2. Turn the simmerstat up as required and switch the MAINS on and check the indicating lamp               
isilluminated.
3. Anindicatinglampnexttothesimmerstatwillilluminatewhentheheatersareoperating.

Maintenance
The cabinet is finished with stainless steel and to maintain appearance should be wiped over with a                
nonabrasivecleanser.
Theinteriorisalsostainlesssteelandmaybecleanedwithasolvent.
Thefalsebottomcanberemovedtoallowcleaningaroundtheelementandcontrollersensor.
A fixed gabled lid is fitted and the hinge on the back should be kept clean and free from foreign                   
objectstomaintaineasyopening.



2. Ensure mains power supply point is     
functioning by using a test appliance on      
powersocket.

3. CheckinternalRCDhasnottripped.

2. Ensure the manual reset button is     
depressed.

If the fault cannot be found call your distributor or the manufacturer quoting the serial number of the                 
steamsteriliserfromthemanufacturerslabel.


