5.4Howtosettheshakerparameters.

● Set the shaking speed(R.P.M) of shaker by turning "Shaking speed (R.P.M.) control dial            
knob"andtheshakingspeed(R.P.M)willbedisplayedonthe"R.P.M.meter".

5.5Howtostartoperation.

1 Connectthepowerplugtothepoweroutlet.
2 TurnONtheMainPowerSwitch
3 TurnONthePOWERON/OFFKeylocatedonthetemperaturecontroller
4 Putthesampleinthebath
5 Setandconfigurethesettingsbyusingtemperaturecontrollerandshakercontroller.
6 PressRUN/STOPKeyoncetostarttheoperation.

7 After the operation is completed, turn OFF the POWER ON / OFF Key, then turn OFF the                
MainPowerSwitch.
8 Openthelidandtakeoutthesamplefromthebath.
9 Disconnectthepowerplugfrompoweroutlet.


6.MaintenanceandService.

6.1Incaseofcleaninginsideoftheequipment.
● Disconnectthepowerplugfrompoweroutlet.
● Clean the inside part of the bath with sponge or soft clothes getting wet by neutral               
cleaner.
● Cleantheinsidepartofthebathagainwithspongeorsoftclothesgettingwetbywater.
● Cleanwithdryclothes.
● Donotuseorganicsolvent.
● Donotuseflammableorvolatilechemicalssuchasbenzeneoralcoholtoclean.

6.2Incaseofcleaningexterioroftheequipment.
● Disconnectthepowerplugfrompoweroutlet.
● Clean the exterior of the equipment with sponge or soft clothes getting wet by neutral              
cleaner.
● Cleanwithdryclothes.
● Donotuseorganicsolvent.
● Donotuseflammableorvolatilechemicalssuchasbenzene,alcoholtoclean.





● Do not use flammable or volatile chemicals such as benzene, alcohol to clean the             
equipment.
● This equipment is not designed nor manufactured Explosion-proof, so never         
place highly flammable material or explosive material inside the chamber, which          
maycauseanexplosionorafire.


