Chapter 5: Using the Cabinet

• Allow the pump to operate for 30 seconds to 5 minutes after the
cabinet liner has drained. Then turn off the pump. Turn the cabinet
water shut off valve off.
• Remove and clean out the drain strainer.
• Inspect and clean the prefilters at the bottom of the door, and at the
top of the liner.
• Dispose of rubber gloves appropriately, and have lab coat laundered
properly.
• Wash hands and arms thoroughly with germicidal soap.
Shutdown
Close the door and push the switch to the center “Off” position.
