The inlet concentration or the evaporation rate of the chemical must never
exceed the TWA for the chemical.
Consult a Labconco Technical Specialist for estimated saturation life. See
Chapter 6 for an example of estimating saturation life based on Labconco’s
chemical guide.
Prohibited Acid Use
The Precise HEPA-Filtered Glove Box and internal metal parts must not be
exposed to mineral acid use. No exceptions are permitted, as the glove box
life span will be limited with acid use.
NOTE: If mineral acids are used with the Precise HEPA-Filtered Glove
Box, Labconco makes no claims about life span and warranties
will become void.
