Product Warranty Information
LIMITED 90 DAY WARRANTY
MGA Entertainment warranties to the original consumer of this product that it will be free
from workmanship and material defects based upon the normal usage during the time of
the warranty period, or 90 days from date of purchase.
During this 90-day warranty period, the product will be replaced at no charge to the
consumer, when returned to either the retailer with its sales receipt (containing date of
purchase), or to MGA with a copy of the sales receipt (containing date of purchase).
The warranty is invalid if the product has been misused, abused, damaged by battery
leakage or from causes not arising out of defects in material or workmanship. MGA
cannot be held responsible for any subsequent damages that may arise from the use of
this unit.
Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts or the
exclusion of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations may not
apply to you. This warranty gives you specific rights and you may also have other rights
which vary from state to state.
This warranty is valid in the US and Canada only.
Outside the US and Canada, please contact your local distributor (distributor
name and address can be found on outside of box).

NEW 30 DAY WARRANTY FOR AIR WARS PRODUCTS
We warrant to the original purchaser that this product is free of manufacturing defects
(materials and/or workmanship) for thirty (30) days from the date of purchase. A dated
sales receipt is required for proof of purchase and no exceptions will be made.
This warranty is valid only if the product has been assembled, maintained, and used per
the product instructions.
The warranty is invalid if the product has been misused, abused, damaged by battery
leakage or damaged from causes not arising out of defects in material or workmanship.
Defects in material or workmanship will be determined at the sole discretion of MGA
Entertainment.
