Pilot Orifice

Turn Thermostat

Clean the Pilot Orifice by either: A. Utilizing the Pilot Clean-Out
OR
B. Remove Orifice. Use a Soft Brush
or Compressed Air. If Orifice cannot be Cleaned, Replace it.

Realign or Replace the Bracket.

Combustion Cone
Plugged?
Is There
a Blockage in the
Gas Hose or
Gas Piping?
Remove Blockage with Compressed Air or Replace the Gas Hose or Pipe Section. “Bleed” Off any Air from the Gas Line.
Clean the Inner Cone According to the Cleaning Methods as Prescribed in the Owner's Manual.
Remove the Blockage. Use a Soft Brush or Compressed Air.
