Airtime/Minute Usage Calls are billed in full minute increments from the time you place a call or receive a call until the time you end the call. Any minutes incurred while outside of Bluegrass Cellular’s home coverage area may appear on subsequent bills. With call waiting, airtime is debited for both calls. Peak/Offpeak Charges Peak and offpeak charges appear on your bill when you go over the allotted number of minutes included with your plan.
Summary of Charges Section: To help you understand your first bill, the following are key sections of your statement located on the first page of your bill. Remittance Section: 1 Invoice Date: The last day of the current billing cycle. 2 Account Number: This is your Bluegrass Cellular account number. Please have this number handy when calling customer service with questions about your bill.
13 Monthly Charges Section: Details charges for services and features. Airtime usage shows the numbers of minutes used versus the number of minutes in your plan. 14 Data Usage: Shows any data packages used, in kilobytes. 15 Monthly Rate Plan: Shows package minutes and minutes used. 16 Data Package - MMS MO/MT: Shows MMS or picture messages sent from phone (MO=Mobile Originate) or received by phone (MT=Mobile Terminate).
Call Waiting Call waiting is included with your plan as a free feature. You will, however, have minutes debited for both calls that you have in your call waiting queue. Call Forwarding* There are many call forwarding options. The process of forwarding a call is free, but minutes may be debited from both accounts if one Bluegrass Cellular phone is forwarded to another. Also, long distance charges can be incurred if you forward to a long distance number.
Voice Mail offers a great way to get the message when you’re away from your phone, and it’s easy to use. • Airtime IS NOT incurred when a message is deposited in Voice Mail. • Airtime IS NOT incurred when checking messages from a landline phone. • Airtime IS incurred when checking messages from your cellphone. • Basic Voice Mail stores 15 unplayed or saved messages for up to 5 days. • Voice Mail Plus stores 20 unplayed or saved messages for up to 7 days.
When setting up your voice mailbox for the first time, follow the steps to establish your security code, record your greeting, and record your name. Once this is completed, you can choose to perform other options from the various menus. Italicized options are for Voice Mail Plus only. 1.
Text messaging is easy to use when calling or leaving a voice mai is simply not convenient. Text messaging charges are $0.20 per message, sent or received, unless you choose a package. Text messages are short - 160 characters = 1 message.
