Set Navigation Key Shortcuts
You can use the Navigation keys as shortcuts to access specific menu items directly from the
Idle screen. You can reassign the default shortcuts to the menu items you choose.
From the Idle screen, press the Center soft key [Menu] > Tools & Settings > 1.
Settings > Phone settings > Navigation keys.
Highlight the Navigation key you wish to reassign and press the Center soft key 2.
[Select].
Select a function. 3.
Press the Center soft key [Set] to assign. 4.
Storage
The Storage settings menu lets you manage the storage on your phone and provides options for
your microSD card.
View Memory Information
You can see the availability of the storage space on your phone and SD card.
► From the Idle screen, press the Center soft key [Menu] > Tools & Settings >
Settings > Phone settings > Storage.
 Phone: View the total space, available space, and space used by specific features
on your phone's internal storage.
 SD card: View total space, available space, and space used on an optional installed
memory card. For more information about the SD card options, see microSD Card.
USB Mode
The USB mode menu lets you select the connection mode you want to use. This setting is
available only when connected to the USB port of a computer.
From the Idle screen, press the Center soft key [Menu] > Tools & Settings > 1.
Settings > Phone settings > USB mode.

From the Idle screen, press the Center soft key [Menu] > Notifications > USB
mode.
