Settings 101
• Sound: Set to On to play a notification sound when an emergency alert is
received.
• Vibrate: Set to On to vibrate the phone when an emergency alert is received.
• Alert reminder: Set how often your phone alerts you when you receive an
emergency alert. Select from Once, Every 2 minutes, Every 15 minutes, or Off.
• Speak alert message: Set to On to use the text-to-speech feature when an alert
is received.
Tip: For more information about Emergency Alerts, press the Left soft key [Help].
Volume Settings
Adjust your phone’s volume settings to suit your needs and your environment.
Adjust the Master Volume
This option allows you to set the volume of all sound except for keypad volume.
From the Idle screen, press the Center soft key
[Menu]

Select a volume level by pressing the Navigation key left or right. 2.
Press the Center soft key
[Set]
to save the setting. 3.
Tip:
You can adjust the master volume when you are not on a call or adjust the voice volume
during a call by using the Volume key.
All Sounds Off
The All Sounds Off option allows you to mute all sounds without turning your phone off.
Activate All Sounds Off
► Press and hold the Volume key down. (The screen will display “All sounds off.”)
Deactivate All Sounds Off
► Press the Volume key up repeatedly to select a volume level.
Accessibility
The Accessibility menu lets you enable and manage accessibility-related features.
