Mobile Data Access
Use the settings menu to enable or disable your phone’s mobile data access.
From the Idle screen, press the Center soft key [Menu] > Tools & Settings > 1.
Settings > Wireless & networks > Cellular networks > Mobile data access.
Highlight On or Off and press the Center soft key [Set] to turn Mobile data access 2.
on or off.
Data Usage
The Data usage menu lets you view and manage your phone’s data usage.
You can track your data usage over the course of a month.
View data usage:
► From the Idle screen, press the Center soft key [Menu] > Tools & Settings >
Settings > Wireless & networks > Cellular networks > Data usage > Mobile data
usage.
 Highlight the Period field and press the Center soft key [Select] to change the
period of time for which the chart will display the data usage.
Adjust the data usage settings to manage your mobile data usage efficiently.
Data usage settings:
From the Idle screen, press the Center soft key [Menu] > Tools & Settings > 1.
Settings > Wireless & networks > Cellular networks > Data usage > Data usage
settings.
Configure the following options: 2.
 Monthly date cycle: Set the date to start your monthly data cycle.
 Alert: Set the data usage alert On or Off. By enabling this setting, the phone will
alert you when your mobile data usage reaches the set level.
 Alert size: Set the data usage level at which you will receive a warning.
 Limit: Set the data usage limit On or Off. By enabling this setting, your phone's
mobile data connection will be turned off automatically once your mobile data usage
reaches the set limit.
 Limit size: Set a limit to the amount of data usage.
