Adding Contact Information to a To Do Item
Adding Contact Information to a To Do Item
You can add certain contact information to a To Do item. For example, a To Do item might be
“Make Hair Appointment”, and you would like to add the contact name and number of your
hairdresser to the item description.
1. From the To Do screen, tap the To Do Menu tab in the top left corner of the screen.
2. Tap the Options menu.
3. Tap Phone Lookup...
4. The Lookup dialog appears, showing a list of your address book entries.
5. Tap the appropriate entry and tap Add.

If the entry does not appear in the list, enter a portion of the contact name in the
Lookup field,
tap on the entry when it appears, and then tap
Add.
The information is added to the item description.
Making Items Private
1. Tap to view the applications screen.
2. Tap to display the To Do List.
3. Tap anywhere in the item you want to make private.
4. Tap Details.
5. Check the Private checkbox.
A message instructs you to mask or hide records in order to enable this feature.
6. Tap the To Do Menu tab in the top left corner of the screen.
7. Tap the Options menu.
8. Tap Security...
9. Tap the next to Current Privacy. The options are:
Show Records
All items, including those marked as Private, are available for viewing.

Lookup
Tap Security...
