OK The phone searches for contacts with names
beginning with the letters you entered.
Matching contacts appear on the screen.
PK Press up or down through the list to find
the contact you want.
QK Press to call the contact.
kçíÉÔSpeed dial locations matching the numbers
you entered appear first. For example, if you enter
the numbers
to find a
contact named “Jane,” and you have phone
numbers assigned to speed dial locations 5 and 2,
those contacts appear first.

You can receive a prompt whenever you start or
exit the browser.

OK Press to select an option:
^í=pí~êí=prompts you when you start the
browser.
^í=båÇ=prompts you when you exit the
browser.
_çíÜ=prompts you when you start the
browser and exit the browser.
kç=mêçãéíë=does not use any prompts.

These settings allow you to set how the phone
handles incoming and outgoing messages.

You can change the phone number assigned to
speed dialing location “1” by doing the following:
NK Select jÉåì jÉëë~ÖÉë
jëÖ=pÉííáåÖë sçáÅÉã~áä=kìãÄÉê.
OK Select bÇáí to change the number that is
currently assigned to speed dial location “1.”
PK Enter the new number, then select an option:
p~îÉ=saves the new number.
qáãÉ=m~ìëÉ=enters a time pause in the
number. See “To enter pauses” on page 17.
e~êÇ=m~ìëÉ=enters a hard pause in the
number. See “To enter pauses” on page 17.
