Use your phone’s Contacts directory like a set of
phone index cards to store information about a
person or company. Before using the Contacts
directory, see “Entering letters, numbers, and
symbols” on page 15.

NK From the home screen, enter the phone
number you want to save.
OK Press to p~îÉ=kÉï.
PK Enter a name for the contact. If you need to
know how to enter letters, see page 15.
QK Press to p~îÉ.

Press right, then press to select
léíáçåë. Press up or down to select an
option from the list:

p~îÉÔSave information and return to the
home screen.

location from the list.

number. If a phone number is locked, you
must enter your four-digit lock code (see
page 27) to view or edit the number. Select
kç to leave the number unchanged.

mêáã~êó=kìãÄÉêÔClassify this number as
the primary number for the contact.

`ä~ëëáÑó=`çåí~ÅíÔClassify the contact as
ÄìëáåÉëë or éÉêëçå~ä. (qáéÔSee page 26
for information about setting up business or
personal ringers.)
RK If finished, press to select p~îÉ. A
message appears: “Contact Successfully Saved!”
