LIMITED WARRANTY
Kwik Tek Inc. Warrants, to the original purchaser only, when their products are used for normal recreational purposes
that all Kwik Tek inatables are free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 1 year from the original
purchase date. Any implied warranties are also limited in duration to the 1 year period from the original purchase date.
There are no warranties that extend beyond the description on the face hereof. Kwik Tek should not be held liable
for incidental or consequential damages. Kwik Tek Inc. shall inspect all warranty claims and in the event of a defect,
repair or replace the defective part or entire item, at its option. A return authorization number (RA#) must be obtained
prior to return by calling or writing to the telephone or address listed in this manual. Merchandise must be returned,
postage prepaid along with proof of purchase to the address below with the RA# in bold on the outside of the pack-
age. This warranty does NOT cover: FAILURE CAUSED BY OVER-INFLATION or UNDER-INFLATION, TEARS,
CUTS, PUNCTURES OR SNAGS OBTAINED DURING NORMAL USE, ITEMS INVOLVED IN ACCIDENTS, ITEMS
FOR RENTAL OR HIRE AND OTHER USES NOT CONSIDERED NORMAL RECREATIONAL USES INCLUDING
MISUSE, ABUSE OR NEGLECT, IMPROPER STORAGE or FADING FROM EXPOSURE TO SUNLIGHT. THERE
ARE NO WARRANTIES THAT EXTEND BEYOND THE DESCRIPTION ON THIS CARD. KWIK TEK INC. SHALL
NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE IN ANY WAY FOR ANY INCIDENTAL AND/OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.
THIS WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES. THIS WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL
RIGHTS. YOU MAY ALSO HAVE OTHER RIGHTS THAT VARY FROM STATE TO STATE.

WARRANTY CLAIMS
IN ORDER TO PROCESS YOUR WARRANTY REQUEST, WE REQUIRE THE FOLLOWING ITEMS:
- Sales receipt with date of purchase.
- Photo showing Tracking number embossed on the tube near the valve and/or Kwik Tek Warranty Label (found on
underside of the nylon valve ap.
*YOUR WARRANTY REQUEST CAN NOT BE PROCESSED UNLESS YOU PROVIDE THE INFORMATION REQUIRED ABOVE.
Please have all information above ready when you call, or include in the email. We are unable to warranty a product
without all pertinent information. Kwik Tek will make the nal warranty determination which may require physical prod-
uct inspection or photos of the product that clearly show the defect(s). This warranty is only valid in USA and Canada.
REPLACEMENT PARTS
If your product is out of warranty, you may be able to purchase replacement parts from our service department by
contacting them directly at 800-624-1297 or [e-mail]. Replacement parts, if available, are shipped
within 72 business hours.
Prior authorization is required for returned merchandise. No credit will be given for a product that is sent back without
prior authorization. Kwik Tek will not be held responsible for lost or improperly shipped items if a return number is not
obtained in advance. After receiving an authorization number, please ship as instructed to the following address.
