ThePC3KusesthechannelofthetrackspecifiedforFXTr ack astheAuxFXchannel.
DrumTrack
Anyofthesong’strackscanbedefinedasDrumTrackssothattheirNoteeventsdonotget
transposedwhenatranspositionisappliedwhenusingthetrackasariffinasetup(see
Riffs on page 7‐55andTranspose/RootNote on page 7‐57.)Withtracksdesignatedasdrumtracks,
youcan
transposeawholesongthatisbeingusedasariff,butthedrumtrackswillcontinueto
playthecorrectsoundsthattheyplayedintheoriginalkey.Otherwise,thedrumsoundswould
changewitheachtransposition.
Usethecursorbuttonstoselectatracknumber.Youcanaccess8
tracksatonce,eithertracks1‐8
or9‐16.UsetheChan/Layerbuttonstotheleftofthedisplaytoselectoneofthetracks1‐8
(viewedinthetoprightcornerofthepage)inordertoaccesstracks1‐8,orselectoneofthe
tracks
9‐16toaccesstracks9‐16.WiththedesiredtracknumberselectedintheDrumTrkfield,
usetheAlphaWheelor‐/+buttonstotogglebetweenD,todesignatethetrackasadrumtrack,
or“‐”todesignatethetrackasanon‐drumtrack.
TheDrumTracks’
settingsdonothaveanyeffectoneditsmadeontheTRACKpageintheSong
Editor.AnytracksdefinedasDrumTracksare transposedwhenatranspositionisappliedto
thesetracksfromtheTRACKpage.
MidiDst
TheMIDIdataoneachtrackhasadestinationassignmentselectablewiththeTrackDest
parameter.Therearefourpossibleindicators:
L=Local.Thetrack’sMIDIdatawillbetransmittedlocallyonly,tothePC3K’sinternalsound
generator.Noneofthetrack’sMIDIdatawillbesenttotheUSBor
MIDIOutport.
M=MIDI.Thetrack’sMIDIdatawillbetransmittedonlytothe MIDIOut.
U=USBMIDI.Thetrack’sMIDIdatawillbetransmittedonlytotheUSBport.
