PresstheCTLSsoftbuttontocalluptheCONTROLLERSpage.TheCONTROLLERSpage
showsalistofthePC3K’scontrollers(sliders,Modwheel,switch,etc.,)whichcanbeusedto
controlprogramparameters.Usethispagetosetvaluesforeachcontrollerthatwillbesaved
withtheprogram(entry
values.)Whenaprogramisloaded,theentryvaluesonthispageare
senttoanyprogramparametersthathavebeenassignedtothesecontrollers.
Forexample,theelectricpianoprogram25WoodstockClunkerhasTremoloDepthassignedto
becontrolledbytheModWheel.TurninguptheModWheelincreases
theTremoloDepthand
allowsyoutohearmoreoftheTremoloeffect.Ifyoulook attheCONTROLLERSpagefor
25WoodstockClunker,Modwheel(1)issetto37.ThismeanstheModWheelsendsavalueof
37tosetTremoloDepthwhentheprogramisselected,allowingyou
toheartheTremoloeffect.
IfyoudonotwanttoheartheTremoloeffectwhentheprogramisselected,edittheprogram
andusetheCONTROLLERSpagetosetModwheel(1)to0,thensavetheprogram.
ForcontrollersthathaveanentryvaluesettoNone,no
valueissentforthatcontrollerwhena
programisloaded.WhenandentryvalueofNoneisused,thevaluelastusedforthatcontroller
(inthepreviousprogramorsetup)isused.TosetavalueofNone,usethealphawheelor‐/+
buttonstoscrollbelow
0,orusethealphanumericpadtoenter‐1,thenpresstheEnterbutton.
Youcanautoma ticallysetthevaluesontheCONTROLLERSpagetothephysicalcontrollers
currentvaluesbyusingtheSetCtlsoftbutton(locatedtotherightoftheCTLSsoftbutton.)The
SetCtlsoftbuttoncaptures
thepositionsofthecontrollerslistedonthepage.
Note:Ifyouchangeprograms,andthenpresstheSetCtlsoftbuttonbeforemovinganyofthe
controllers,theparametersontheCONTROLLERSpagewillremainattheirpreviouslyset
values.
Thenumberinparenthesesthatappearsnexttoeachcontrollername
istheMIDIcontroller
numberthateachcontrollertransmitsbydefault,i.e.,withtheControlSetupsetto126Internal
