Maintenance and Upgrades
Replacing the Battery
4. Grasp the front of the PC2R and slide the top panel straight back until it’s free from the
body of the PC2R (see Figure 5-2).

Installing the Battery
1. The battery is mounted in a retaining clip that’s mounted vertically on the engine board
(see Figure 5-3).

2. The battery’s positive pole (the flat side) is facing away from you. Loosen the battery from
its retaining clip using a fingernail, a plastic knife, or a pen cap, as shown in Figure 5-4.
