Auto Cooking functions
Regenerating & Sterilising menus
1. Press the “On/Off” key to switch the oven on.
2. Press the “Regenerating & Sterilisingkey .
3. Press the “+” key to enter the “Regenerating &
Sterilising Menu.
4. With the -” and “+” keys select the desired
function. (See table below).
5. Press the “OK” key to validate.
6. With the “-” and “+” keys select the desired
Program.
7. Press the “OK” key to validate. The oven will
start to operate.
Altering duration
1. Press the “Time” key .
2. With the - and “+” keys define the desired
temperature.
3. Press the “OK” key to validate.

“Profi” Cooking menus
1. Press the “On/Off” key to switch the oven on.
2. Press the “Profi” Cooking key to enter the
menu.
3. With “+” key enter the Profi” Cooking – menu.
The display presents the following screens with
the available functions. There are “Profi”
Cooking Bread, Cake and Gratin/Pizza.
4. With the -” and “+” keys select the desired
function.
5. Press the “OK” key to validate the selected
function.
6. Press the -” and “+” keys to select the
desired program. (See table below).
7. Press the “OK” key. The Oven starts to
operate.
