functioning.
Another system consists of connection using flexible pipes. The advantage of this type
of connection is that even in the case when the injector is located in an area difficult to
access; the connection can be achieved easily. Another advantage of this system is that
the scaled deposit tanks are large, for which we can obtain measurement over a longer
period and larger quantity of fuel, and consequently increase the precision of the
measurement.
Once the system of measurement has been chosen, you must connect the manometer as
shown in the figures below:

After finishing all the connections, start the engine and wait until the fuel comes
approximately up to half of the scale, then stop the engine.
If the level obtained for every injector is similar, it means that all injectors are working
correctly. When one of the injectors is damaged, the obtained value will differ from the
rest, which can be up to 25 % or more.
Once the testing is completed, it is necessary to disconnect the flow meter and reconnect
all the elements of the engine that were disconnected earlier.
