Die Regierung der Bundesrepublik
Deutschland hat beide EG-Richtlinien
als ElektroG-Gesetz (Elektro- und
Elektronikgerätegesetz) in nationales
Recht umgesetzt.
Ab dem 01.07.06 produziert die
KUHNKE Automation RoHS-konforme
Magnete. Eine Kennzeichnung der
Produkte erfolgt durch Bedruckung
oder Etikett.
22. Oberflächenschutz
Die Magnete sind standardmäßig
mit einer galvanisch verzinkten
Oberfläche versehen. Oberflächen
ohne Galvanik sind mit einem
Rostschutzmittel auf Mineralölbasis
versehen.
23. IP Schutzarten
In DIN EN 60529 (VDE 0470-1)
werden die Schutzarten und
Schutzgrade für elektrische
Betriebsmittel festgelegt. In diesen
Vorschriften werden unterteilt:
– Schutz von Personen gegen Be-
rühren von betriebsmäßig unter
Spannung stehenden Teilen oder
gegen Annähern an solche Teile
sowie gegen Berühren sich be-
wegender Teile innerhalb von Be-
triebsmitteln (Gehäusen) und Schutz
der Betriebsmittel gegen Eindrin-
gen von festen Fremdkörpern (Be-
rührungs- und Fremdkörperschutz)
– Schutz der Betriebsmittel gegen
schädliches Eindringen von
Wasser (Wasserschutz)
Die Angabe der Schutzart erfolgt:
IP 4 4

Berührungs- und Fremd-
körperschutzgrad
Wasserschutzgrad
Weicht die Schutzart eines Teiles des
Betriebsmittels, z. B. der Anschluss-
klemmen, von der des Hauptteiles,
z. B. Magnet, ab, so ist das Kurz-
zeichen für die Schutzart des ab-
weichenden Teiles besonders ange-
geben. Die niedrigere Schutzart wird
dabei zuerst genannt.

The government of the Federal
Republic of Germany promulgated
both EC directives as ElektroG law
(electrical and electronic equipment
law) as national law. Starting July
01, 2006 KUHNKE Automation is
producing RoHS compliant solenoids.
The products are marked by printing
or label.
22. Surface protection
As standard all solenoids are pro-
vided with galvanised surfaces.
Surfaces without galvanisation are
provided with rust proofing on the
base of mineral oil.
23. IP protections
In DIN EN 60529 (VDE 0470-1) the
modes and degrees of protection for
electrical devices are laid down.
There are different parts in these
regulations:
– protection of persons against the
touching of live parts or against
approaching such parts as well as
against touching of moving parts
within devices (housing) and
protection of the devices against
the penetration of solid foreign
bodies.
– protection of the devices against
harmful penetration of water
The indication of the protection
mode is done as follows:

If the protection mode of one part of
the device (e.g. connecting terminal)
differs from the main part of the de-
vice (e.g. solenoid) the ident Nr. of
the differing part has to be indicated
as well. The lower protection mode
has to be indicated first.
