11 Connection CAN-High & CAN-Low / ground / ignition lead

Nr. Work step Note
1 Connect CAN-High & CAN-Low also to the cable harness on the left of the steering
column (see notes page 6) as follows:
- CAN High (black /wh it e ) to orange /bl ack
- CAN Low (black/yellow) to orange/brown
2 Connect t he ground cable (brown) to the marked ground spot behind the carpet at
the bottom of the a-pillar of the driver’s side.

3 Now connect the cable for igni t i on lead (red/white) also to t he plug of the light
switch to PIN 1 (colour of the cable at the plug = yellow/black).
4 Place the control unit as well as the module in the dashboard an d attach both with
cable ties.
