No. Work step Note
1 Remove the rear door sill trim at the driver’s side by using a trim tool.
2 Connect the Control Unit and the Sound Module wi t h the cable set and store it at
the marked position.
3 Use a pull through aid to pull the sensing device cable underneath the carpet along
the driver’s side to the back and afterwar d s up to the B-pil l ar .
4 Remove the lateral covering on the car d ashboard by usi ng a trim tool.
5 Remove the front door si l l tri m at th e driver’s side by using a trim tool.
6 Now continu e to route the sensing device cable under n eat h the covering of the B-
pillar to the footwell on the driver’s side.
