The optical fiber cable (LWL) and the normal cable need to be removed of the radio box (Figure 4 upper

left, Position 2 and C showas the removed fiber cable and the 8 pole plug).

Now you need to establish a connection between radiobox, removed fiber cable and the fistune by using

the delivered optical fiber cable (Figure 4 red marking)

Now you need to establish a connection between radiobox, removed 8 pole plug and the fistune by using

the delivered wiring set (figure 4 blue marking).

Important Note: There is no radio box in the side covering (trunk/driver's side) for vehicles equipped

with MMI 2G Low. The connection is established at the back side of the CD/AMI-unit, that is located

in the dashboard, instead.
