• THIS IS NOT A LIFESAVING DEVICE

• Use of this product and participation in the sport involves inherent risks of injury or death.

• Do not use at speeds that exceed skills of the rider. Boat speed should never exceed 20

mph for adults and 15 mph for children.

• This product should never be used by children except under adult supervision.

• This is not a personal flotation device.

• Always wear a U.S. Coast Guard approved Type III (PFD) Life Jacket.

• A surf leash must be used at all times.

• Examine the surf leash after each use, and replace it with any sign of wear.

• Users should paddle with an experienced person when using this product.

• Watercraft driver should avoid excessive speed or sharp turns which might cause the device

to flip over abruptly, resulting in serious injury to the rider.

• Do not tow in shallow water or near shore, docks, pilings, swimmers or other boats.

• Do not operate watercraft or ride under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

• Never “Platform Drag” by holding onto the boarding platform or be dragged directly behind

the boat.

• Do not exceed the weight guidelines of your boat. Proper distribution of weight is necessary

to ensure

proper balance and performance.

• No horseplay, flips or wrestling. Use the inflatable for the purpose for which it was designed.

• In case of a thunderstorm, high winds, or otherwise bad weather, do not use this product.

• Do not operate under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

• Use this product only if

you are in good physical health. User must know how to swim.

• The US Coast Guard has ruled that any Stand-Up Paddleboard (SUP) used outside of the

"surf

zone" is considered a watercraft. As such when in flat-water streams, lakes, rivers, bays,

etc.

you must have a USCG approved Life Preserver (PFD) onboard your SUP for each

passenger.

This "Rule" is being enforced by State and Local authorities nationwide as well. If

you do not

have PFDs on board, you are subject to a fine. Additionally, ALWAYS WEAR A

PFD WHEN IN

OR AROUND THE WATER ESPECIALLY WHEN SURFING OR SUPING.
