The boundary between light and dark must be exactly on the lower mark for a vehicle
with a rider.
» If the boundary between light and dark does not meet specifications:
– Adjust the headlight range. ( p. 133)

– Turn adjusting screw  to adjust the headlight range.
Guideline
For a motorcycle with rider, the light/dark boundary must be exactly on the lower
mark (made in: Checking headlight adjustment).
Info
Turn clockwise to increase the headlight range; turn counterclockwise to reduce
the headlight range.
If you have a heavy payload, you will need to correct the headlight range.
