– Stand the vehicle upright.
– Remove the screw cap with the membrane .
– Press the brake caliper onto the brake disc by hand in order to push back the brake pis-
tons. Make sure that no brake fluid escapes from the brake fluid reservoir. If it does,
clean it up.

Make sure when pushing back the brake piston that you do not press the brake
caliper against the spokes.

– Remove the safety clip , knock the pin out to the left, and remove the brake lin-
ings.
– Clean brake caliper and brake caliper support.

– Check that leaf spring in the brake caliper and sliding plate in the brake caliper
support are seated correctly.
