Mount the steel sprocket.

Carefully align bent radiator fins.

Check the radiator cap.
Value on the radiator cap 1.8 bar (26 psi)
» If the displayed value does not correspond to the setpoint value:
Warning
Danger of scaldingDuring motorcycle operation, the coolant gets
very hot and is under pressure.
Do not open the radiator, the radiator hoses or other cooling sys-
tem components if the engine or the cooling system are at oper-
ating temperature.
Allow the cooling system and the engine to cool down before you
open the radiator, the radiator hoses or other components of the
cooling system.
In the event of scalding, rinse the area affected immediately
with lukewarm water.
Change the radiator cap.

Adjust the secondary drive to the road conditions.

The transmission oil heats up quickly when the clutch is operated frequently
due to an excessively high secondary drive.
Clean the chain.

Clean the radiator fins.
Straighten bent radiator fins carefully.
