Machine cannot be switched on. Check if the power plug is plugged correctly If machine still cannot be switched on call

Stop preparation, pull out capsule holder and

Insert a new capsule in the capsule holder and

If the beverage only comes out in droplets
or if the beverage is cooler than usual, the
machine has to be descaled.
