Trouble - Shooting If you have followed the instructions carefully and your faucet still does not work properly, take the following corrective steps: PROBLEM CAUSE ACTION Leakage under the handle (14) Locking nut (16) has come loose Unscrew the lever (12) on the handle (14) by hand. Loosen set screw (13) with a hex wrench (2.5 mm). Remove the handle (14) and unscrew cartridge cover (15) by hand.
