1. Determine Reveal Type Use scissors to cut along the line of the paper template for your desired reveal type (Negative, Positive or Flushed Reveal).
2. Position Template · · Check the cut-out template against the actual sink to ensure a proper sized cut-out. Place the cut-out template in the desired location on the countertop. NOTE: Make sure clearance is suitable for backsplash, faucet and plumbing for the sink. 3. Trace Template · Trace template on countertop with a pencil.
4. Cut Countertop · Cut the opening in the countertop by carefully following the traced line. NOTE: Please use the appropriate saw that best fits your countertop material.
5. Set up Mounting Brackets · · Turn countertop over and align sink with countertop. Decide location for mounting brackets. Mounting holes should be 1/2" from edge of sink. 6. Drill Hole in Countertop · Drill 3/8" diameter x 1/2" deep hole in countertop.
7. Install Anchors · Insert anchors into drilled holes and lightly tap with a hammer until flush. 8. Secure Sink to Countertop · Use a bead of silicone (or preferred adhesive) around the rim of the sink. Check the alignment of the sink to the cutout in the countertop. Place sink over cutout hole and press firmly.
9. Attach Mounting Hardware · · Attach mounting hardware to secure bowl. Remove excess sealant from inside lip. Allow sealant to set for 30 - 60 minutes. NOTE: Use acetone or rubbing alcohol to remove any excess sealant.
10. Install Plumbing Fixtures · · Connect drain to sink. Connect trap to drain. Connect water supply connections to faucet according to manufacturer's instructions. Run water into sink and check for leaks. Maintenance Clean your sink on a regular basis with warm soapy water. Rinse the sink after using cleaning products. Wipe the sink surface with a soft cloth to remove any liquid residue. Do not cut food directly on the surface of the sink.

To adjust the flow rate to 2.2 gpm, replace the washer (7) with the 2.2 gpm washer provided in package.

1. Remove mounting hardware · Remove the mounting screws (3D), mounting nut (3C), metal (3B) and rubber washer (3A) from the mounting pipe. 2. Install faucet mounting hardware · Insert faucet body (2) into hole in countertop. Install mounting hardware (3A, B, C & D) from underneath the countertop.
3. Secure mounting hardware · Adjust direction of faucet body (2) so that the handle is on the right side of the faucet. Tighten mounting nut (3C) until snug. Tighten mounting screws (3D) with Phillips screwdriver until snug. 4. Attach spray hose and counterweight · Connect spray hose (6) to supply hose (4). Install weight (8) on lowest vertical point on spray hose (6).
5. Connect waterlines · Connect waterlines (5A&B) to angle stops. Tighten both ends of waterlines with a wrench until snug. Turn on hot and cold angle stops and check for leaks. · Remove spray head (1) from spray hose (6). Hold tip of spray hose (6). Turn faucet on and let the water run for 60 seconds to flush any debris. 6. Flush spray hose NOTE: Please make sure washer (7) is installed attaching spray head to hose 7. Check for leaks · Check for leaks at the connections. Retighten if necessary.

Trouble-Shooting If you have followed the instructions carefully and your faucet still does not work properly, take the following corrective steps: PROBLEM CAUSE ACTION Leakage under faucet handle Locking nut has come loose or cartridge needs to be reseated Remove button located at top of handle. Loosen set screw with hex wrench. Remove handle and unscrew cartridge cover by hand.
Restrictions This warranty does not cover antediluvian, discontinued, or display products, whether such items are purchased at discount outlets, unauthorized dealers, and/or sold on clearance.
Kraus warrants the mechanical components such as but not limited to sprayhead assembly (includes engine, aerators, structure, restrictors, back flow preventers, sprayer hoses, braided supply line hoses which encompasses nylon, silicon and stainless steel,etc) of the product to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal usage for a period of one (1) year.
