Troubleshooting
Hot water mode
Thefuelmanometershowsthefuelpressure.
Ifnopressureisshown,checkif
-thereisheatingoilinthetank.
-thefuseintheelectricbox(belowtheoperatingpanel)forthemotorhasblown.
-thefuelsieveorthefuelsieveinthepumpisdirty.
-thefuelpumpdoesnooperatesmoothlyorisblocked.
-theventilatorjams.
Thethermostatgrantspermissiontoopenthesolenoidvalve.Theburnerstartsand
heatsthewatertothetemperaturepresetbyyou.Assoonasthetemperatureisreached
theburnerswitchesoff.
Ifthetemperaturedropsagain,theburnerswitchesonautomatically,sothatthedesired
temperatureisconstantlykept.
Thethermostatiscontrolledbyathermosensor,mountedtotheoutletoftheheatingcoil.
Intheelectrodistributorbox(belowtheoperatingpanel),thereisafuse(Circuitdiagram-
me,F1)onthePCBwhichprotectsthemotorforfuelpumpandventilator.Ifthemotoris
overloaded,thefuseblows.Thiscanhappenwhenthefuelpumpisblockedordoesnot
workfreely,whentheventilatorisblockedordoesnotoperatefreelyorwhenthereisan
electricalproblem.
Asecondfuse(Circuitdiagramme,F2)onthePCBtriggers,iftheignitiontransformeris
faulty.
ThetransformeronthePCBisprotectedbytwofuses(32mA,630mA).
Toavoidanoverheatingofthecombustionchamber,aflowmonitoringdeviceisinstalled
betweenhigh-pressurepumpandcombustionchamber,whichonlypermitsfuelinjection
ifwaterisrunningthroughtheheatingcoilatthesametime.
