Safety
To activate the safety, push the safety catch lever rearward to the "S" position
(g. 1). When the safety is engaged, the trigger is locked and the rie cannot be red.
To disengage the safety and re the rie, push the safety lever forward to the "F"
position (g. 2).
In addition to the safety catch, a loaded and cocked rie can be made safe by
decocking (uncocking). To decock the rie, rst pull the side lever back to the rear
position and remove the magazine. While holding the side lever, squeeze the trigger
and let the lever return forward under your control. The rie is now decocked.
When not in use, the rie should be unloaded and uncocked. Remove the magazine
and leave the bolt closed and uncocked when not in use.
To prevent unauthorized use, store the magazine and pellets separate from the rie.
