WARRANTY INFORMATION
Food is cooked
unevenly.
Air fryer makes a
strange noise and
stops working.

Remove excess oil.
Clean the appliance
and accessories after
every time use.
The input voltage is
not 110-120V.

much smaller than
1400W.
Unplug the air fryer
and check if using the
right voltage and
power.
The air fryer has a
plastic smell.
New Air Fryer. Any air
fryer may have a
plastic smell from the
manufacturing
process. This is
normal.
Follow the instruc-
tions for a Test Run
to get rid of the
plastic smell. If a
plastic smell is still
present, please
contact our Customer
Support.

TERMS & POLICY
KQUEEN warrants all products to be of the highest quality in material,
craftsmanship, and service, effective starting from the date of purchase
to the end of the warranty period.
KQUEEN will replace any product found to be defective due to manufac-
turer flaws based on eligibility. Refunds are available within the first 30
days of purchase. Refunds are only available to the original purchaser of
the product. This warranty extends only to personal use and does not
extend to any product that has been used for commercial, rental, or any
other use in which the product is not intended for. There are no warranties
other than the warranties expressly set forth with each product.
