5. Analog AUDIO OUTPUTS
AlloftheanalogaudiooutputsusebalancedTRS1/4”
phonejacks,referencedtoa+4dBusignallevel.
Connecttheseoutputstotheinputjacksofyouramp
ormixer.InadditiontotheL/MONOandRmain
stereoaudiooutputs,theKRONOSprovidesfour
individualaudiooutputs.
Thesoundfromeachoscillator
,drum,timbre/track,or
inserteffectcanbefreelyroutedtoanyoutput.
Additionally,youcanroutethemetronomesoundto
anindividualoutput,toseparateitfromthestereo

Thesearethemainstereooutputs;theirvolumeis
controlledbytheMAINVOLUMEknob.Allofthe
factoryProgramsandCombisareprogrammedtoplay
throughtheseoutputs.
Wheneditingsounds,orwhensettingupaSongin
Sequencermode,youcanaccessthemainoutputsby
settingBusSelecttoL/R.
Ifnocab
leisconnectedtotheRoutput,L/MONOwill
carryamonosummationofthestereosignal.So,ifyou
areconnectingtoadevicewhichdoesnothavestereo
inputs(suchasasimplekeyboardamp),usethe
L/MONOoutput.

MIDIletsyouconnectKRONOStocomputersorother
MIDIdevices,forsendingandreceivingnotes,
controllergestures,soundsettings,andsoon.For

MIDI THRU connector

transmittedwithoutchangefromtheMIDITHRU

YoucanusethistochainmultipleMIDIdevices
together.

ThisconnectortransmitsMIDIdata.Usethistocontrol

sequencer.

andoutput,forconnectingtocomputeraudiosystems,
digitalmixers,etc.

CP‐1201.Makesuretouseopticalcablesdesignedfor
digitalaudio.
