Warranty
This unit is warranted against defects in materials and workmanship. The warranty
runs for one year from the time of purchase and is for the benefit of the original
purchaser only. All other Warranties, Expressed or Implied, Statutory or Otherwise,
including Without Limitation any implied Warranty.

This warranty is not effective if damage occurs because of accident, carelessness,
improper installation, lack of proper set– up, supervision when required or if the
equipment is installed or operated in any manner contrary to the installation and
operating instructions. Work performed by unauthorized personnel or unauthorized
service agencies voids this Warranty. The use of unfiltered water in this unit will void
the warranty.
This warranty does not apply to, and Koolmore is not responsible for, any warranty
claims made on products sold or used outside of the contiguous United States.
What This Warranty Does Not Cover:
KOOLMORE Supply Inc. will not warrant coverage for component failure or
other damages that arise under the following conditions:
• Failure to install and/or use the unit within proper operating
conditions specified by KOOLMORE Supply Inc.
• Failure to properly maintain the unit.
• Installation in non-commercial or residential applications.
• Products sold or used outside of the United States.
• Any damage that occurs as a result of negligence or improper handling.
Additionally, no claims can be made against this warranty for spoilage of
products, loss of sales or profits, or any other consequential damages.
Normal wear type parts, such as light bulbs, are not included in warranty coverage.
