2. SAFETY FOR CHILDREN AND VULNERABLE INDIVIDUALS
According to the EN standard, this appliance can be safely used by children aged 8 years
and above and persons with reduced physical, sensory, or mental abilities or a lack of
experience and knowledge, provided they are under supervision or have received appropri-
ate instruction regarding safe use of the appliance and understand the associated risks.
The IEC standard, however, recommends that this appliance not be used by persons,
including children, with reduced physical, sensory, or mental capabilities, or a lack of
experience and knowledge, unless they are under the supervision or instruction of a
responsible person.
Children should not play with the appliance, and any cleaning or maintenance tasks
should not be performed by children without supervision.
Please ensure all packaging materials are kept out of children's reach to prevent the risk
of suffocation.
3. GENERAL SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
The appliance is designed for household use and similar applications such as staff
kitchen areas in workplaces, farmhouses, residential-type environments like hotels and
motels, bed and breakfasts, and non-retail catering applications.
WARNING:
• Do not store explosive substances such as aerosol cans with a flammable propel-
lant in this appliance.
• The supply cord must be replaced by the manufacturer or a qualified person if
damaged, to avoid hazards.
• Keep ventilation openings in the appliance enclosure or any built-in structure clear
of obstruction.
• Do not use mechanical devices or other means to expedite the defrosting process,
other than those recommended by the manufacturer.
• Do not damage the refrigerant circuit.
• Do not use electrical appliances inside the food storage compartments of the
appliance unless they are recommended by the manufacturer.
• The refrigerant and insulation are flammable. Dispose of the appliance only at an
authorized waste disposal center. Avoid exposure to flames.
• Ensure the supply cord is not trapped or damaged when positioning the appliance.
• Do not place multiple portable socket-outlets or portable power supplies at the rear
of the appliance.
NOTE:
If the LED light is damaged, it should not be replaced
by the user. Contact the customer helpline for assistance.
