4. Routine Inspection

• Ensure that the grease tray is clean and empty to prevent overflow and potential fire hazards.
• Ensure that the ventilation system is not obstructed and is functioning correctly.
• Check that there are no flammable materials or liquids near the oven that could potentially
cause a fire hazard.
During Use
During use, it is important to be attentive to the machine's operation
and to check for any irregularities such as:
• Unusual smells or vibration noises.
• Irregularities in the burner flame, such as flickering or going out.
• Abnormal power consumption or performance.
