Cleaning Method
【Cleaning the ice b iin and water trough.】
1. Set the position of the power switch (ICE/OFF/WASH) to OFF.
2. Remove the power cord from the outlet.
3. Shut off the water supply.
4. Open the door of the ice maker.
The surface temperature of the pump motor is very hot and if touched may
cause a burn.Once the machine has cooled down after turning off the power,
begin cleaning.
7. Dilute 0.35oz of neutral detergent(baking soda, neutral dish
washing detergent) in 0.79gal of warm water 95~113
℉
, soak a
clean cloth with the cleaning liquid, and wipe the ice bin and water
trough.
- Remove scale from the nozzle holes on the distributor.
8. After cleaning, connect the drain plug and drain hose again and
tighten three bolts.
- Connect the ice sensor.
9 . Clean at least once per month.

Be careful not to bump your head on the edge of
the door while it is open.
5. Remove the drain plug from the water trough.
6. Rotate three bolts on the bottom counter clockwise
to release them, pull out the drain hose from the
drain hole, and remove the water trough.
- Remove the ice sensor from the
distributor.
- Remove two screws on the left and
the right of the distributor.
