Format snmptrap mode <name> <ipaddr>

6.6.18.1 no snmptrap mode
This command deactivates an SNMP trap. Disabled trap receivers are inactive (not able
to receive traps).

6.6.19 snmp trap link-status
This command enables link status traps by interface.
NOTE: This command is valid only when the Link Up/Down Flag is enabled.
