4.5.2 Clock source to backplane from any AMCs TCLK-B/D
The Clock source selection is done by OEM mechanism with automatic NV restore.
Enabling the clock buffer to the backplane is done via an OEM command (ClockSetBpldriver).
The MUX (domain 1) selection is stored in NV-memory and is restored after powerup.
