Zooming images in and out

This mode allows youto enlarge the selected portion of the image with 4X magnifi-

cation to see small details .

1. Turn the mode dial to the mode with the

camera powered on.

2. Select the image that you want to view by

using the / button.

3. Enlarge the image by pressing the TELE

button.

Pressing the TELE button once magnifies

the image to 2X. Pressing it again magni-

fies the image to 4X. When enlarging the

recorded image, you will see a red frame

with a red box inside. The red frame indi-

cates the entire image, while the red box

shows the enlarged area.

4. To view a different section of the original

image, press the / / / button.

5. To return to the normal display from 4X-en-

larged status, press the WIDE button twice.

• Pressing the TELE button magnifies the image from 1X➔2X➔4X.

• Pressing the WIDE button reduces the image from 4X➔2X➔1X.
