9.4 Sending Document Files to a SharePoint Portal
Server
With PageScope Workware, a document file can be sent to a SharePoint
Portal Server. A user with login permissions can write to a folder on the
specified server. For details on specifying settings for the SharePoint
Portal Server, refer to
“To register SharePoint Portal Server settings” on
page 4-20
.
1 Drag the document file or group file and drop it onto the icon in the
launcher for the registered SharePoint Portal Server settings.
H If the Edit document profile when registering check box was
specified in the SharePoint Portal Server settings, the “SharePoint
Portal Server” dialog box appears. Continue with step 2.
H If the Edit document profile when registering check box was not
specified in the SharePoint Portal Server settings, transmission
begins.
2 In the Title, Creator, Keyword, and Description boxes, specify the
appropriate settings.
3 Click the [OK] button.
