Erasing an Image (Selecting a Section)
Follow the procedure described below to change the image area specified
with the pointer trail to the specified color.
1 On the [Image] menu, click [Size and Color of Eraser].
The “Size and Color of Eraser” dialog box appears.
2 In the Size box, specify the size of the eraser pointer (between 1 and
30 pixels). The default setting is “10”.
3 In the Color box, specify the color of the erased area. Click the [Color]
button, and then select a color from the “color” dialog box that
appeared.
4 Click the [OK] button.
5 On the [Image] menu, click [Eraser(X)].
The pointer changes to an eraser pointer.
6 Move the pointer to the area to be erased.
The image area specified with the pointer trail is replaced with the
specified color.
Note
For monochrome or grayscale images, the specified area
automatically becomes black or gray.
