Editing Text for a File Content Search
Follow the procedure described below to edit the text for a file content
search, which was extracted using OCR.
1 In the File area, select the file whose text extracted using OCR for a
file content search is to be edited.
2 On the [Document] menu, click [Edit OCR Data for Full Text Search].
The dialog box appears.
3 Edit the displayed text.
4 Click the [OK] button.
Save the edited data as text for a file content search.
